It is the Sacred Heart of Jesus that calls out to us with His love. The love once again calling us to Him. To remember Him, to come to Him, to care for Him, to help save Him from his agony of seeing so many souls lost due to indifference. His Sacred Heart aches out in love for the souls that are being lost. The lost souls create an emptyness inside Him where he tries to console them with his love.
Yes, the lord calls us to his agony that we might draw near to Him. So, that we might comfort Him in his affliction, the affliction that comes from saving souls. That in coming to him we can see what it is we can do to save souls. As we come to christ he will show us and lead us.
